Côte-Rôtie La Mouline 1995 E. Guigal

Maison Guigal Cote-Rôtie - La Mouline 1995

Tasting note

The aroma of deeply ripe black cherry and plum is elegantly layered with violet, white pepper, clove and sweet oak. In the mouth, the power of Syrah blends beautifully with the sensual aroma of Viognier, and the elegant texture created by the silky tannins is impressive. Nuances of truffle, cedar and bitter chocolate, born from over 25 years of aging, add complexity, while the long-lasting finish quietly leaves behind fine minerals and spices.

Food pairing

Roasted duck breast with black pepper and red wine sauce Pan-fried beef fillet with truffles Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbs
