Aged 11 months in oak barrels, 2.7ha of steep slopes and deep soil. Planted in 1983. Aromas of refreshing green apples, pears, citrus confit, freshly baked bread, almonds and beeswax. Lacey and elegant, the core of the enveloping fruit is supported by crisp acidity. Dynamic and pure elegance, with a beautiful length and depth of finish and a fine finish with a mineral feel.

About the Winery

Domaine Guillot-Broux

Domaine Guillot - Broux

The estate was created in 1954 by Pierre and Jeannine GUILLOT. In 1978 their son, Jean-Gérard Guillot, came back to Cruzille town with his wife and they created Domaine Guillot – Broux with only 1 hectar of vines. Today Emmanuel et Patrice Guillot, the third generation, is taking care of the family business.
