9世紀から存在する0.5haという小さな区画から生まれる、シャルドネ100%のマコン・シャルドネ。バターやブリオッシュのような香りが広がり、美しくクリーミーなテクスチャーが口中を満たします。フィニッシュはナッツを思わせる、フレッシュでミネラリーな印象へと続きます。有機栽培（Agriculture Biologique）。冷やしすぎず、少し温度を上げながらゆっくりと表情の変化を追いたい一本です。

Winemaking & technical data

This vineyard is planted in the historic terroir of the 11th-century Tournus Abbey, which was built on the foundations of a 1st-century Roman fortified farm. Located on an east-facing slope overlooking the town, the plot was abandoned after the phylloxera plague but was replanted in 2012 and certified organic. This is a terroir steeped in history, where no pesticides or herbicides have been used for 20 centuries.
