サン・ジョセフに植えられたシラーの古代品種セリーヌ。そのマッサル・セレクションをルーションに植え替え、畑に適応して深く根を張るまでに14年を要しました。いまでは口当たりが滑らかで、きれいなタンニンを備えた優雅な姿へと開花しています。熟したダークフルーツにフレッシュハーブ、深みのあるスパイス。シルキーなテクスチャーにかすかな甘みが含まれ、生き生きとした飲み心地が続きます。
