タンクと樽、二つの醸しが響き合う白。
ソーヴィニヨン・ブランはタンクで、ルーサンヌとシャルドネは樽で。品種ごとに醸し分け、ブレンドによる調和で個性を引き出したペイ・ドックの白です。淡い黄金色のグラスから、ドライフルーツや柑橘の香りに、木やバニラのニュアンスが重なります。口当たりはふくよかで肉厚、ボリューム感のある味わいです。鶏肉のクリーム煮やオマール海老のグリル、18か月熟成のコンテなど、コクのある一皿とともに。
