La Petite Rive 2025 Plô Roucarels

La Petite Rive 2025

Chenin from a white-sand plateau, 2,100 bottles a year.

100% Chenin from Plô Roucarels, south of Carcassonne in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Forty-year-old vines on a small white-sand plateau at 300 m are hand-harvested with selection in the vineyard, direct-pressed, fermented naturally at low temperature and kept in tank through the winter. A complex nose of spice, honey and ripe fruit leads to a fresh, smooth palate and an intense finish, with minerality, white fruit and savoury depth. Only 2,100 bottles a year.
