It is incredibly complex, with aromas of ripe orange and a breathtaking palate of beautiful flavours - ripe papaya, licorice-scented mandarin, poached quince with star anise, fennel bulb, caraway seeds and roasted nigella. The kaleidoscopic structure of this wine is astonishing: incredible density, energy, tension and freshness of flavours that resonate and fly around the mouth like an otherworldly orchestra.
