白い花と柑橘が咲く、6年の熟成。

1911年の村の格付け制定当時から、グラン・クリュとプルミエ・クリュの村の葡萄のみで造られてきた特別なキュヴェ。澱とともに6年以上熟成、ドザージュ6g/L。淡いゴールドにシルバーのハイライトが輝き、きめ細かな泡がゆっくりと立ち上ります。フローラルな香りにアーモンドとトーストの複雑さが寄り添い、絹のように繊細なテクスチャーへ。柑橘の果肉、イチジク、ほのかなユーカリ。ラングスティーヌのローストと。

Tasting note

Appearance: Elegant pale gold color with strong silver highlights. Fine, slow-rising, elegant bubbles. Nose: A consistently floral scent juxtaposed with complex aromas of almonds. A sophisticated, assertive, complex aroma of toast. Taste: The texture is fine and dense, silky and delicate, with notes of citrus pulp, fig and a hint of eucalyptus. The finish is fragrant and slightly salty.

Winemaking & technical data

- The harvested grapes are vinified in separate plots
- Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures
- Yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly used as budding yeast and baker's yeast)
- 100% malolactic fermentation
- Natural clarification, not artificial.
- Very low sulfite content (approximately 1/3 of the permitted level)
- Half of the blend is reserve wine (aged in oak barrels for 9 months)
- Aging: 6 years or more on the lees
- Dosage: 6g/L
