グラン・クリュのブドウのみを用いた、気品あふれるシャンパーニュのハーフボトル。光沢を帯びた黄色の外観から、柑橘、焼きたてのパン、そして桃やアプリコット、マルメロといった花と黄色い果実の香りへと移ろいます。口中ではヘーゼルナッツの風味がスイカズラの花をまとい、繊細なマンダリン・オレンジピールのアロマが広がります。きめ細やかな泡とエレガントな酸。ロブスターやイベリコ豚と、少人数の食卓に。

Tasting note

Appearance: Shiny yellow Nose: Initially it has a citrus scent, then a freshly baked bread scent, which gives way to floral and yellow fruit aromas (peach, apricot, quince). Taste: In the mouth, the intoxicating flavour of hazelnut is enveloped in floral notes of honeysuckle, followed immediately by delicate aromas of mandarin orange peel.

Winemaking & technical data

- The harvested grapes are vinified in separate plots
- Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures
- Yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly used as budding yeast and baker's yeast)
- Malolactic fermentation is carried out
- No fining
- Very low sulfite content (approximately 1/3 of the permitted level)
- 15% of the blend is aged in oak barrels
- Ageing: minimum 14 years on the lees
- Dosage 5 g/L
