瑞々しいラズベリーやチェリーに、スミレ、白い花、ほのかなスパイスが寄り添う、ピュアで清澄なアロマ。口当たりは透き通るようにエレガントで、シルキーなタンニンと柔らかな旨みがゆっくりと広がります。ミネラル感が芯を通し、余韻にはハーブと赤果実の気品あるニュアンスが長く続く、ロックらしい繊細な味わいです。鴨のローストや仔羊のハーブ風味ロースト、鶏もも肉のグリルと季節野菜に寄り添います。
