グルナッシュ・ブランとグルナッシュ・グリという珍しい組み合わせから、とらえどころのない表情が生まれます。まず緑茶を思わせる香り、続いて海水やアルカリを感じさせる塩味とミネラル。口の中では瑞々しい余韻とともに、フローラルな香りがいっぱいに広がります。パイナップルやマルメロ、爽やかなライムの果実味は甘く清涼で、洗練された味わい。海の魚や甲殻類、白肉、山羊のチーズと。オーガニック認証取得。

D18 has the aroma of green tea, as well as the aroma and taste of seawater and alkalinity that brings to mind salt and minerals. A fresh aftertaste lingers in the mouth. At the same time, the floral aroma spreads throughout the mouth. Fruity, with a sweet, refreshing and refined taste of quince, pineapple and lime.
