グルナッシュ・ブランを主体に、クレレット、ブールブーラン、ルーサンヌを組み合わせた有機栽培のヴァケラス。香りは控えめながら、カモミールや菩提樹の花、バラの花びらを思わせるフローラルな印象が広がります。味わいは複雑で、洋梨やマルメロ、白い果実が支配的。イエロープラムやレモン、ミントの爽やかなアロマとミネラル感が、生き生きとしたミディアムボディを支えます。地中海風の前菜とともに。
