気品のある紫色をたたえた、コート・ドーセールのピノ・ノワール。非常に熟したフランボワーズやイチゴジャム、カシスを思わせる魅惑的な果実味が広がり、中盤からはしっかりとした骨格が現れます。フレッシュなミネラルが全体を引き締め、余韻は印象的に長い。抜栓直後から楽しめますが、時間の経過とともに洗練されてゆきます。豚肉のコンフィやブフ・ブルギニョンと。
