手摘みしたブドウを優しく全房圧搾し、シャルドネのフローラルでフレッシュなアロマを大切に保った一本です。熟した白桃や洋梨、レモンピールの香りに、アカシアの花やほのかなバニラ、ブリオッシュのニュアンスが重なります。柔らかな口当たりと瑞々しい果実味を引き締まった酸が支え、フィニッシュには樽由来の香ばしさが長く残ります。帆立貝のソテーや鶏肉のクリーム煮、熟成コンテとともに。

The gorgeous aroma of ripe white peach, pear, and lemon peel is layered with nuances of acacia flowers, subtle vanilla, and brioche. The soft texture and fresh fruitiness spread throughout the mouth, while firm acidity beautifully supports the overall wine. A mineral note emerges from the middle, and the fragrant nuances from the oak linger on the finish. A classic Burgundy white wine that combines fullness and elegance.
