Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay 2024 Domaine David Moret

Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay 2024

Hand-picked Chardonnay with Burgundian clarity.

A white of clarity and poise from carefully hand-picked Chardonnay. Aged for 12 months on its lees in barrels with a very low proportion of new oak, then racked by gravity alone and bottled unfiltered. Fresh citrus and white flowers, gentle minerality and soft acidity that lingers pleasantly. Lovely as an aperitif or with seafood, white fish and light cheeses, from everyday meals to special occasions.
