南仏ラングドックの品種ロールを100%用いた白。手摘みで収穫したぶどうに低温でスキンコンタクトを行い、樽で醸造しています。トースト香のニュアンスを帯びた白い果実のアロマが魅力的で、豊潤でフルーティーな味わいの中にもフレッシュさが保たれています。厚みと軽やかさが同居する、食事に静かに寄り添う一杯です。
