サヴォワの山あいで育つルーサンヌ100%。柑橘やジンジャーのコンフィを思わせるピュアな香りが立ち上がり、続いてヨード香とスモーキーなニュアンスが存在感を増していきます。新鮮な果物をかじったような弾ける風味に、酸味を伴う爽やかな後口。デメテール認証のぶどうが持つ、澄んだ輪郭。皮目をカリカリに焼いた鶏胸肉、シュプレーム・ド・ヴォライユとともに。
