サヴォワ固有品種ジャケール100%を、有機栽培のぶどうから仕立てた白。樹齢100年を超える古木も含む畑から生まれます。光沢のある緑がかった淡い黄色に、レモンのような香りと微かな蜂蜜のノート。口当たりはフレッシュで軽やかながら、フィニッシュまで澄んだミネラルが続きます。キッシュ・ロレーヌや魚介の盛り合わせ、サヴォワのチーズ料理と。11℃前後でどうぞ。
