Tasting note

The deep ruby color of this wine reveals a powerful aroma of ripe blackberries and cassis in the glass. Spices and a slightly toasted oak aroma add complexity, with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon. On the palate, firm tannins and rich fruit flavors are exquisitely harmonious, creating a smooth texture. The acidity is well-balanced, providing a structure that can withstand long-term aging, yet is approachable enough to be enjoyed now. The finish offers a lingering aftertaste of black fruits and a subtle spice, making it an excellent partner to food.

Food pairing

Roasted red meat, game dishes, and aged cheeses
