Tasting note
This Sauternes has been aged for many years and has acquired an extremely elegant character. When poured into a glass, its deep golden color shines in the light, showing the proof of its age. The aroma is complex and mellow, with notes of honey, apricot, and dried fruit, intermingled with subtle hints of caramel and nuts. A smooth sweetness spreads in the mouth, while the firm acidity tightens the overall flavor, leading to a long finish.
