Chateau Puyenchert Blanc 2023 Francs-Côtes de Bordeaux

Château Puyanché Blanc

Tasting note

The concentrated fruit aroma of ripe white peach, pear, and yellow apple is complemented by acacia flowers and white pepper. A gorgeous aroma with hints of vanilla. The palate is rich and elegant, with the taut acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc tightening the overall look, while the thickness, roundness and slight oiliness from the old Semillon vines lead to a long finish. The smoky, toasty aroma from the barrels is not too overpowering, and the excellent balance highlights the purity of the fruit.
