樽とアンフォラが整えた、ジューシーな赤。
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとカベルネ・フランを半分ずつ。手摘みでケースに収穫し、100%除梗ののち野生酵母で約3週間の短いマセラシオンを行います。熟成は樽とアンフォラで12か月。ジューシーでシルキーな口当たりに、程よい樽熟成が繊細な香ばしさをさりげなく添えています。デメテール認証の畑から。豚肩ロースのローストやなすとトマトのラザニア、鶏もも肉の赤ワイン煮と好相性です。
