(?) Chardonnay 2025

Why oak? Because it's good.

"Why age this Chardonnay in wood? Why? Why?! Simply because it's good. Then why didn't we try it sooner?" (?) takes its name from that very question. Pressed pneumatically with the free-run juice kept separate, fermented at 18°C in stainless steel, then very lightly aged for two months in 20 hL foudres, with 30% malolactic fermentation. Ripe pineapple and exotic fruit meet lovely acidity, while the discreet oak is already well integrated. Delicious now and over the next 2 to 4 years.
