ラングドックのピクプールとルーサンヌから生まれる白。明るい色合いに銀色の輝きが映えるローブです。とても爽やかでエレガントな香りが広がり、バーベナ、スターアニス、レモングラス、砂糖漬けのジンジャーのニュアンスが感じられます。フレッシュさと密度が美しく調和した、オリジナリティのある味わい。有機栽培（Agriculture Biologique）。魚のグリルや、ブリー・ド・モーと青リンゴを添えて。
