スペイン南東部ムルシア、DOブーリャスのモナストレル100%。力強いアロマが立ちのぼり、イチゴや赤スグリ、プラムといった完熟した赤い果実の味わいに、かすかなミネラリティが寄り添います。口当たりはスムースでありながら確かなストラクチャーがあり、調和のとれた酸とともに、引き締まりつつも主張しすぎないタンニンが伸びていきます。果実やフローラルからスパイシーな方向へと表情を変える展開も魅力。ラムチョップのグリルと。
