Bordeaux Blancs Secs - Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2023

Tasting note

Pale yellow color with a greenish sheen. The aroma is floral and fresh, with notes of acacia flowers, white peach, green anise, and mint, as well as mineral and woody nuances. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, with a creamy and vibrant flavor. You can sense the flavors of spice from the barrel, white-fleshed fruit, lime, and grapefruit peel. The finish is powerful and rich, with spices, fresh almonds and a minerality reminiscent of flint. This wine perfectly expresses the balance between the minerality of the terroir and the creaminess and freshness of the two grape varieties.

Food pairing

Grilled lobster, scallop carpaccio, creamy chicken
