Tasting note

A bold and complex rye whiskey distinguished by its vibrant aromatics and signature spice. Sweet aromas of caramel and candied fruits are layered with fresh rose petals, mint, and the lush fruit character of ripe pineapple. Rich and creamy on the palate, it reveals dense flavors of cinnamon, brown sugar, and port wine, while the spice of the rye provides structure and lift throughout. The finish is long and lingering, with a sweet, toasted richness reminiscent of crème brûlée.

Winemaking & technical data

* Grains are hammer-milled and mashed with limestone-filtered water.
* Fermented using a proprietary yeast strain.
* Distilled through copper column stills and copper pot doublers.
* Aged for a minimum of four years in new American oak barrels.
* Crafted in small batches by blending approximately 70–140 barrels.
* Made from a unique American blended rye recipe featuring four different grains.
