Alsace Pinot Blanc Val Saint-Grégoire 2025 Domaine Schoenheitz

Alsace Pinot Blanc Val Saint-Grégoire 2025

A springlike white from the Munster Valley.

The Munster Valley, once called the Val Saint-Grégoire, has a microclimate suited to the Pinot family. Made from 25 to 30-year-old Pinot Auxerrois on sandy, mica-rich granite at the foot of south-facing slopes. Pale yellow with silvery glints and a springlike bouquet of white and yellow flowers and white peach. An ample attack, fresh fruit and a crisp finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood, asparagus, quiche or escargots.
