Le Blanc 2025 Château La Coste

Le Blanc La Coste 2025

Fruit and salinity: a bright white from Provence.

A white from vineyards at 280–350 m on deep clay-limestone soils. Grenache Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Rolle, pressed and fermented cool, then aged 4–5 months on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel to keep its fruit and freshness. Pale yellow with silvery glints, with a delicate nose of flowers, peach, pear and pineapple. A generous palate framed by freshness, salinity and citrus. Enjoy with grilled Mediterranean fish or fresh goat's cheese.
