It has a pale yellow hue and a greyish, metallic sheen. Delicate fruit aromas with notes of bread and hay. It has a solid structure and exceptional elegance. This gives this wine its elegance and nobility.

Winemaking & technical data

Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the end of September and gently pressed, the juice is kept cool and undergoes cold maceration to allow for better extraction of the aromas.
The wine is left to rest in stainless steel tanks for several months before bottling, and then undergoes a further aging period before being shipped.
