Tasting note

A pale, shining lemon yellow. From the glass, the wine reveals a clear mineral aroma reminiscent of white stone, layered with nuances of pear, white peach, ripe apple, and subtle hints of honey and spice. In the mouth, the acidity comes from the white sandy soil at an altitude of 300m, The core fruitiness typical of Chenin Blanc is impressive. It has a smooth and full texture, yet is very clean overall, with a chalky minerality that beautifully tightens the palate. The finish is long and pleasant, with salty minerality and white fruit flavors lingering, making this a wine that highlights the terroir's unique character.

Food pairing

Assorted oysters and shellfish, mackerel gravlax (salted and herb marinated), fresh cheese (chèvre/ricotta)
