Grand Vin Blanc 2024

Provençal sunshine, with a saline finish.

A white from old vines selected on north-facing lacustrine clay-limestone slopes at around 350 m. Hand-harvested and double-sorted, whole-bunch pressed and fermented cool with indigenous yeasts, then aged with lees stirring for 8–10 months in new and one-year-old barrels. Golden and honeyed, with toast, fresh citrus and white fruit. Full yet fresh, with a long, subtly saline finish. Biodynamic (Demeter certified). Enjoy with bouillabaisse, seared scallops or Bresse chicken with morels.

Tasting note

Golden and honeyed. A rich, complex nose of toasted notes with fresh citrus and white fruit. Voluminous and fleshy, yet fresh and well balanced, with a persistent, subtly saline finish.
