グルナッシュを軸にシラーとムールヴェードルを重ねたリラック。深みのあるパープルの色合いから、ブラックチェリーやブラックベリーのリッチでエレガントな香りが立ちのぼり、バニラやスモーキーなニュアンス、カカオのアクセントが加わります。フレッシュなアタックのあとに力強くしなやかなストラクチャーが現れ、シルキーで肉厚なタンニンが広がります。スペアリブや鴨のコンフィとともに。
