Red fruit and spice, supple and silky.

A red from vineyards at 280–350 m on deep clay-limestone soils. Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, fermented cool in stainless steel with a short maceration and short ageing for fruit and supple tannins. Deep ruby with cherry-red glints, red fruit and fine spice of white pepper and anise. Supple and balanced, with silky tannins and a generous, fruity finish. Enjoy with onion tart, spiced chicken wings or rabbit with olives.
