造り手の頭文字を冠した、気軽なシラー。

「XB」の名は、造り手グザヴィエ・ブロジェ氏のイニシャルに由来します。シラーから生まれるのは、ブルーベリーやカシスを思わせる新鮮な果実の、豊かで芳醇な香り。味わいも同じく果実味にあふれ、フレッシュで確かな酸が生き生きとしたタンニンと融合し、口の中で程よくソフトになっていきます。肩肘張らずに開けられる一本。パテやシャルキュトリ、オリーブを添えたマグロのカルパッチョとともに、友人との食卓で。

Very rich and mellow aroma of fresh fruits such as blueberries and blackcurrants. The taste is also full of fruit. Fresh and firm acidity blends with lively tannins, becoming moderately soft. A bottle that can be enjoyed casually with friends.
