「ダ・バティエ」という名は、石灰質を含む砂質土壌というこのワインのルーツを物語ります。バラや赤い果実、ほのかなスパイスの香りに、しなやかなタンニンと澄んだ酸が調和した2022年。熟した温かみのあるトーンが、このワイン特有の風味と見事にまとまっています。気品ある構造を備えながら、今からでも心地よく楽しめる一本。鴨胸肉のローストやきのことサルシッチャのリゾットとともに。
