フレンチオークでの熟成が、完熟したシラーの豊かさを引き出したキュヴェです。ジューシーなチェリーやイチゴ、熟した果実の香りに、空気に触れると繊細な木の香りが現れます。さらに黒い果実の複雑な香りと甘いスパイス、カカオ豆、そしてこのキュヴェらしいすみれのニュアンス。柔らかな口当たりと際立つ滑らかさが、タンニンとフレッシュさを心地よくまとめます。ジビエやトリュフを添えた家禽肉とともに。
