牛の名を冠した、ルシヨンの滑らかな赤。
ライスは、オリヴィエが飼うカタルーニャ産ジャージー種の牛の名前。カルスのテロワールの多様性を象徴する存在として、ラベルに描かれています。美しい濃さを持つ濃赤色から立ちのぼるのは、ブラックフルーツの香りにスパイシーなニュアンスと繊細な獣香が溶け合った表情。アイリスを思わせるフローラルさと黒系果実の酸が、滑らかな口当たりに包まれます。ハーブを使ったラムのグリルとともに。
