Pagodes de Cos 2019

Tasting note

Appearance: Deep ruby color with outstanding brightness and depth. Aroma: Ripe blackcurrant and blackberry aromas are central, intertwined with nuances of spices, cigars, and damp forest floor. There is also a subtle hint of pencil lead and minerals. Palate: The palate is smooth and rich with fruit, with supple yet powerful tannins forming the backbone. The balance with the acidity is exquisite, making it both structured and easy to drink. Finish: Characterized by a long-lasting minerality and a gentle oak aroma, the wine becomes more complex and deep with time. Overall impression: A typical Bordeaux wine that combines elegance and power, with excellent aging potential.
