ピション・バロンが手がける、ポイヤックの魅力を凝縮したセカンドワインです。メルローを主体にカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを合わせた2019年。濃い紫色の外観から、ブラックカラントやブラックチェリーの黒系果実に、杉、葉巻箱、スパイス、トースト香が重なります。口当たりは豊かで滑らか。しなやかなタンニンと美しいミネラル感があり、長い余韻が続きます。牛フィレ肉のロッシーニ風や仔羊の香草焼きとともに。

Tasting note

It has a deep purple appearance. Black fruit aromas such as blackcurrant and black cherry are layered with cedar, cigar box, spice, and toast. The palate is rich and smooth, with supple tannins and beautiful minerality, combining Pauillac's characteristic power with refinement. This is a highly age-worthy wine with a long finish.
