Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste 2016 Pauillac

Château Grand Puy Lacoste

Tasting note

2016 was one of the historic great vintages on Bordeaux's Left Bank, a year in which the Cabernet Sauvignon achieved particular perfection. The vintage is characterized by an exceptional balance of concentration, acidity, and tannins, possessing the classic Pauillac tension and longevity. At the same time, the fruit purity is high, and the wine is remarkably complete, allowing for sophisticated enjoyment even in its youth.
