Le Clarence de Haut-Brion 1998 Pessac-Léognan

BAHANS HAUT-BRION 1998

Tasting note

A wine that has aged to perfection. Aromas of black cherry, plum compote, dried flowers, cigars and truffles emerge from the glass, with nuances of spices and cedar emerging over time. The mouthfeel is smooth with well-balanced, dense tannins and well-melted acidity. The fruitiness is layered with the delicious flavors that come from aging, and the aftertaste is long and quiet. This is a classic yet mature wine that allows you to enjoy the essence of aged Bordeaux.

Beef fillet Rossini style, duck confit and lentil stew, cep and porcini risotto
